Free Vegan Dinner & ”The Truth About Free Range and Organic Farming” Lecture with Harold Brown

Join CARA for a delicious free vegan dinner followed by an informative lecture by Harold Brown, a former cattle farmer-turned-vegan animal advocate who is featured in the documentary Peaceable Kingdom: The Journey Home. Brown will explore the truth about free range and organic farming.

Hello!
I’m so glad to see that you’re are helping to promote our May 12th event with Harold Brown however I need to clarify several details that are incorrect…
1) Cleveland Animal Rights Alliance is hosting this event, NOT Mercy For Animals
2) The location is the Cleveland Heights Library but NOT the Noble Rd branch. The correct address is 2345 Lee Rd, Cleveland Hts OH 44118
3) We are providing a free vegan dinner but this is not a “Thanksgiving” dinner.
4) Just want to clarify that we will not be screening “Peaceable Kingdom: The Journey Home” at this event though it has already premiered in Cleveland in June 2010. The film should be available on DVD hopefully sometime later this year. (sign up for updates re: the release of the DVD here: http://www.peaceablekingdomfilm.org/)
Harold Brown always gives a fascinating and engaging presentation so please do join us!! The event is free and open to the public.
